Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our garage with expertise in car automotive, specifically with prior experience in Dubai.

Requirements:

Proven Dubai experience in a Service Advisor role in the automotive industry. Must have experience with German, American, Supercars etc. Must be able to communicate with customers, note their requirements, prepare estimates for individual customers, and get customers' approvals.
Responsibilities

Greet customers and discuss their vehicle concerns and service needs. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service department to assign work. Estimate costs based on required services and communicate recommendations to customers. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the service technicians to prioritize and schedule work. Address any additional concerns or questions raised by customers. Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues or complaints.
