Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers warmly and gather detailed information about their vehicle concerns.

Listen to customer descriptions of issues and ask follow-up questions to clarify the problem.

Explain the nature of the required repairs and maintenance to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Service Order Management:

Create and manage detailed service orders, outlining requested services and necessary repairs.

Provide accurate time and cost estimates for the services required.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Customer Communication:

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including any changes to the original repair plan or additional services that may be needed.

Communicate effectively with customers about their options, including potential upgrades or preventative maintenance.

Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Billing and Payment Processing:

Review completed work with customers and explain the final invoice.

Ensure that all charges are accurate and clearly explained to the customer.

Process payments and handle any financial transactions related to the service order.

Service Follow-Up:

Follow up with customers after their service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Schedule future appointments and recommend ongoing maintenance based on the vehicle's service history.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with technicians to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.

Coordinate with the parts department to ensure that required parts are available for service orders.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service techniques.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional training or certification in automotive service or customer relations is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easy to understand.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using service management software and other computer applications.

Certifications:

ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification in service consulting is desirable.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
