Responsibilities:
• Utilize leads generated through social media networking to convert potential customers.
• Create job cards for customers upon their arrival at the garage.
• Communicate with clients to understand their inquiries and concerns.
• Liaise with the floor supervisor and the floor diagnosing team to identify and address the issues with the customer's vehicle.
• Find the appropriate solution for the customer's car troubles.
• Ensure all necessary repairs and services are accurately documented on the job card.
• Oversee the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from lead acquisition to car delivery.
• Adhere to all company and garage rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the automotive industry in a service advisor role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with social media networking platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
