They are responsible for assessing customer needs, advising on necessary maintenance or repairs, and coordinating with the technical team to deliver exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and gather details about vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
Provide advice on necessary repairs and routine maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations.
Explain service options, repair processes, and associated costs in a clear and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns promptly.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
Communicate with the technical team to relay customer requests and prioritize tasks.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
Offer service packages, extended warranties, or other promotions to customers as applicable.
Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices for customers.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer details, service history, and vehicle information.
Ensure proper documentation of all completed repairs and services.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any complaints or service-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in automotive or business administration is a plus.Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.Skills:
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs.
Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
