We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring that each customer receives top-notch service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and listen to their needs regarding vehicle repairs and services.
• Provide accurate information and advice on required repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare service orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
• Maintain communication with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct final inspections on vehicles to ensure all work is completed to company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Upsell additional services or repairs when appropriate.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the use of service management software.
