Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced

Senior Service Advisor

who is

fluent in Arabic

and has expertise in handling

American and premium luxury vehicles

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires strong technical knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Communication:



Greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide expert recommendations. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding service status, costs, and repair timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clientele to enhance customer retention.

Service Coordination & Technical Support:



Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and efficient service execution. Provide technical explanations for recommended repairs and services. Ensure proper documentation of work orders, service history, and customer requests.

Quality Control & Service Standards:



Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations. Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns and complaints effectively to resolve issues promptly.

Sales & Upselling Opportunities:



Identify and recommend additional services or repairs to enhance vehicle performance and longevity. Promote value-added services, maintenance plans, and genuine spare parts.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:



Manage service schedules and prioritize appointments to maximize workshop efficiency. Generate service reports and update customer records in the system. Collaborate with service managers to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

as a Service Advisor, preferably with experience in American and luxury vehicle brands. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, service management, and customer handling.

Language:

Fluency in

Arabic and English

is mandatory. Proficiency in

DMS (Dealer Management Systems)

and other service-related software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience with brands like

Cadillac, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, or similar premium vehicles

. Certification from automotive manufacturers or service training programs. Strong sales and customer retention skills.
