Job Description

:Key Duties
  • Schedule and manage service appointments.
  • Generate and distribute detailed repair orders.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Update customers on vehicle status and additional service needs.
  • Provide accurate repair cost estimates and manage approvals.
  • Maintain service records and documentation.
  • Implement quality control measures.
Essential Requirements
  • Heavy Equipment Experience
  • Fluent Arabic (Abu Dhabi Location)
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
