- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server and Database Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company servers, deploying our software projects, and overseeing our databases. This role also includes ensuring the security of our data against theft, implementing encryption techniques, and protecting data from loss in case of server issues. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with optimizing server and database performance, and ensuring secure data transfer and encryption between parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company servers and deploy software projects.
• Oversee database management, including backup, recovery, and security.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data from theft and loss.
• Ensure encryption of sensitive data and secure data transfer between parties.
• Optimize server and database performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and database issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and protection measures.
• Collaborate with development teams to support their needs.

Qualifications-

• Proven experience as a Server and Database Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of server management and database administration.
• Expertise in data encryption and security measures.
• Experience with data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficiency in optimizing server and database performance.
• Familiarity with secure data transfer protocols and encryption techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and server problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
