Al Hallab Restaurant is looking for three talented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Captains. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards.
- Manage dining room organization and cleanliness.
- Promote special menu items and maximize revenue generation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Proven experience in a service role, Captain or Head Waiter experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
- Captain or Head Waiter: 2 years (Required)
- Fluent English (Required)
