Negotiable salary DOE We are seeking a highly-qualified and experienced private Serbain Nanny/Teacher to join our client in Dubai, with a negotiable salary DOE. The role involves providing exceptional care, education and mentorship to the family\xe2\x80\x99s children in a private and exclusive setting. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on the candidate\'s experience and qualifications. The client is also willing to pay for relocation to Dubai for the right candidate. The role involves providing exceptional care, education and mentorship to the family\xe2\x80\x99s children in a private and exclusive setting. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on the candidate\'s experience and qualifications. The client is also willing to pay for relocation to Dubai for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a personalised educational curriculum for the children based on their personalities and requirements
- Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities, both educational and recreational
- Arrange playdates, outings, and extracurricular activities
- Mentor and ensure the well-being of the children, including their physical health
- Work closely with the other household staff to ensure seamless coordination and contribute to a harmonious family environment
- Proven experience working with UHNW families or in a similar setting
- Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to accommodate the family\xe2\x80\x99s schedule and travel requirements
- Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
- Knowledge and skill in playing classical music is beneficial, but not essential
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Nanny: 5 years (Preferred)
- Teacher: 5 years (Preferred)
- Serbian (Required)
