We are currently seeking a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and digital content to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to enhance relevance and usability for target keywords.
• Manage and optimize off-page SEO factors, including link building, local citations, and directory listings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
