Noor Seddiqi Real Estate is seeking a skilled and results-driven

SEO Specialist

to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of SEO and digital marketing strategies, including technical SEO, content creation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content. Perform on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines. Develop, implement, and manage technical SEO strategies to enhance website performance and user experience. Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and other web content to boost engagement and search visibility. Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and other elements to ensure search engine compliance. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Candidates should have prior work experience with well-established brands.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) and Google Analytics. Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency in content writing and content marketing strategies. Ability to conduct detailed SEO audits and implement recommendations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Experience with website platforms such as WordPress is a plus.
