We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lux-Sar Properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in search engine optimization and a strong background in the real estate industry . This role requires an individual who can create, execute, and monitor SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, increase online visibility, and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to the real estate market.
• Keyword Research : Perform in-depth keyword analysis to identify high-performing keywords relevant to the property market.
• Content Optimization : Optimize website content, blogs, and property listings for search engines to enhance visibility.
• Technical SEO : Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO improvements to ensure optimal site performance.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the marketing team.
• Local SEO : Focus on strategies that enhance visibility in local searches to target regional real estate clients.
• Competitor Analysis : Keep track of competitors' SEO strategies and stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry .
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of keyword research and content optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with technical SEO, including schema markup, site structure, and crawlability.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
