• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and traffic acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance website content and drive targeted traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content including blog posts, articles, and property listings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to ensure the company\'s strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building, site architecture improvements, and technical SEO enhancements.
• Coordinate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure website functionality meets SEO requirements.
• Manage the company\'s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO & Marketing Manager in the real estate industry 4 years, preferably in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and customer preferences, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.
