data-driven SEO Specialist

to improve our search rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance our online visibility through strategic SEO implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve website rankings Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimizations Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues (indexing, page speed, schema markup, etc.) Optimize content for SEO, including blog posts, landing pages, and metadata improvements Analyze and track SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Implement off-page SEO tactics, including backlink building, guest posting, and outreach strategies Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies accordingly Collaborate with marketing, content writers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices across all digital channels
Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or Digital Marketing Expert Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) Experience with structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals Strong analytical skills to measure and improve SEO performance Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (not mandatory, but a plus) Experience in real estate SEO or PropTech is a bonus
