Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
Define most important social media KPIs
Create, manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development Teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and advertising
Adhere to rules and regulation.
Present to Senior Management
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
Drafts and edits proposals, reports, and other documents.
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
Coordinates with logistics for company projects.
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar position
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media best practises.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web designing and publishing
Excellent copywriting skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
