JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable SEO Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of continuous experience. The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of SEO strategies and techniques, and be able to navigate the complexities of search engine optimization with precision and expertise.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content and site structure optimization.
• Optimize website elements including site structure, linking, and content for enhanced SEO performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using advanced tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with the development team.
• Stay current with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead content strategy initiatives to align with SEO goals and drive growth.
• Ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Ability to develop and implement link building strategy
• Research and analyze competitor links for backlink strategy
• Ability to perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Ability to prepare and present reports regularly
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug SEO issues

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience as an SEO Specialist, with proven success in driving organic growth.
• Expert knowledge of SEO tools and software, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and more.
• Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with international and multilingual SEO
• Preference given to candidates currently residing in Dubai who can join immediately.
