Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, stays updated on industry trends, and has a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize content for SEO.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize website content and architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and ensure they are implemented.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations to influence content, design, and website development.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives' success metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven SEO experience, including content creation and link building.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other SEO tools is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
