Job Summary: The SEO & Google Ads Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and managing Google Ads campaigns to improve organic and paid search performance. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and expertise in Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for SEO.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link building.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
Google Ads Management:
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals.
Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
Write compelling ad copy and develop ad creatives.
Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO and Google Ads.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and managing successful PPC campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
