Job Description

Job Summary: The SEO & Google Ads Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and managing Google Ads campaigns to improve organic and paid search performance. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and expertise in Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Strategy & Implementation:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for SEO.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link building.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Google Ads Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy and develop ad creatives.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO and Google Ads.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and managing successful PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
