We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and be familiar with the latest digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
• Optimize website content for SEO and implement on-page SEO strategies.
• Perform regular audits to assess SEO performance and identify improvements.
• Build and manage backlinks and maintain high-quality content optimization.
• Work with content creators to produce SEO-friendly copy.
• Monitor website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Analyze competitors and adapt SEO strategies to maintain rankings.
• Implement local SEO strategies for better visibility in Dubai.
• Google Ads Campaign Management:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Create compelling ad copy and conduct A/B testing for better performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
• Work with the team to establish PPC goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Provide regular performance reports with insights into SEO and Google Ads performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create actionable strategies based on data.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track progress and generate reports.
• Website & Content Optimization:
• Ensure website structure, content, and metadata are fully optimized for SEO.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, etc.).
• Support content creation teams in aligning content with SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
• Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Location: Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate before starting work.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
