Job Title: SEO & Performance Marketing Expert Location: DIP 2, Dubai Responsibilities:

Develop & execute comprehensive SEO strategies for improved organic search rankings & website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & site audits for optimization opportunities.
Optimize website content & architecture for search engines & user experience.
Monitor website performance metrics & provide regular reports to management.
Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
Conduct A/B testing & performance analysis to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Division heads to understand business goals & provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO and digital advertising with a track record of successful campaign management and improving organic/paid traffic.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), keyword research, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and their respective ad formats and targeting options.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles to implement SEO best practices effectively is a bonus.
