Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting documents - memos, letters, notices, etc.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating industry-specific contracts (e.g. re: piloting, drilling, well and oilfield services, O&M, logistics, vessels, aviation, HSE, professional and technical consultancy) and general commercial contracts
  • Legal advisory (negotiations, pre and post contract matters, etc.)
  • Assisting with general Oil and Gas supply chain categories and matters
  • Supporting the business in relation to tendering and commercial activities across the Oil & Gas value chain.
