Demonstrate technical excellence in pricing large corporate healthcare schemes and skills in evaluating medical trends and key inflation drivers.
Deep understanding of private medical insurance benefits offered in the region and minimum benefits mandated by the regulators.
Provide technical pricing impacts for benefit changes and suggestions on enhancements/cost containment of benefits with related impacts to the clients and related functions.
Works within delegated limits and authorities on complex assignments, requiring coordination and negotiating skills to achieve business goals and maximize customer experience.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance and 8 or more years of experience in related field.
Other professional qualifications such as AFPC (Pensions), APMI, IMC.
Experience required:
Healthcare pricing experience for large corporates in the region.
An ability to understand, interpret and translate customer requirements into deliverables A good understanding of DC pensions and an awareness of current pensions issues.
Good understanding of the compliance requirements affecting dealings with Intermediaries, Trustees, Companies, and members.
