2. Job Purpose: Support the Assistant F. & B. Supervisor in maintaining a smooth operation of services in the outlets, area or functions where assigned, ensuring that they are served customers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
1.Ensure that all guests/customers are served in a professional and friendly manner. Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with course and beverage.
2.Ensure that the highest levels of quality and hygiene are maintained in the area/outlet where he/she is assigned.
3.Check on food and store orders received, maintain stock of required items / articles while ensuring compliance to the Hygiene and Safety Standards
4.Oversee cashiering / foreign exchange / POS transactions at the assigned outlet and comply with all laid down systems, policies and procedures of the Company.
5.Report to the Assistant F. & B. Supervisor about any complain, staff absenteeism or shortage in stocks.
6.Provide regular guidance to staff and ensure that assigned staff are performing their duties and tasks professionally and satisfactorily.
7.Take orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate staff to execute. S/he makes sure that the staff collects all items from the kitchen according to the written order and serves the customer accordingly.
8.Ensure that all reports required during the shift are completed and correctly filled in to reflect the progress of the operation including stock control.
9.Apply the QHSE policy / system established in accordance with international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC QHSE policy.
Education Qualification: Grade 12 / Plus two / higher secondary School
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
