We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Visa Consultant to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the tourism industry, assisting agents/clients with their UAE visa, supervise the visa section, and actively participating in visa sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, a strong background in the UAE Visa processing, supervisory skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Visa section and perform Visa Sales function
- Act as a point of contact and frequently available for Visa agents, providing exceptional customer service by resolving visa issues and assisting them in a professional and friendly manner
- Preparing and updating Agent visa agreements/contracts. Updating contracted rates and close monitoring of overstays.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to promote and sell our UAE Visa services to potential Agents, both through phone calls and in-person visits.
- Conduct market research and identify potentials, proactively reaching out to Agents to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to Agents.
- Process and do postings of visas using available software e.g. Ninth ware and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
- Experience in UAE Visa processing
- Background on Visa sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge on UAE Immigration portal and Visa Software e.g. Ninth Ware.
- Proficiency in using office software e.g. MS Excel, MS Word.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, as per business requirements.
