As we expand, we seeking an experienced and visionary Head of User Experience to lead our UX team and drive exceptional user-centered design across our digital products and services.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UX team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
• Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs
• Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, from research and conceptualization to prototyping and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of UX principles
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and product strategy
• Establish and maintain UX best practices, design systems, and style guides
• Present UX concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the UX team

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX work across various digital platforms
• Expert knowledge of UX design principles, methodologies, and tools
• Extensive experience working on web applications and mobile applications
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead UX design for complex, multi-platform digital products
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree preferred
