We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Urban Designer / Masterplanner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-level masterplanning and a proven track record of designing successful projects in the UAE. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional design skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the masterplanning process for mixed-use, hospitality, and residential projects, ensuring design excellence and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop innovative urban design concepts that respond to client aspirations and site context.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and functional urban environments.
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports to communicate design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on design best practices and project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in urban design and masterplanning.
- Utilize software such as Revit and Rhino for design development and project documentation.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in masterplanning.
- Existing UAE experience is essential, with a thorough understanding of local regulations and context.
- Proficiency in Revit and Rhino; experience with additional design software is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
