We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in executing Metro/Rail projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the development and optimization of tunnel ventilation systems, including airflow, smoke control, and environmental control systems. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and direction for various phases of a significant rail and transit program, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.What You'll Be Doing:Experience in design, design optimization and construction administration of Ventilation Fire & Life Safety systems for Rail Tunnels.Ability to review and optimize tunnel ventilation systems, including airflow, smoke control, and environmental control systems.Experience with design criteria manuals, technical reports, calculations, drawings and specifications, heating and cooling load calculations, pressure loss calculations etc.Experience of using advanced software tools to simulate tunnel ventilation scenarios and analyze system performance under various operating conditions.Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to integrate tunnel ventilation systems into the overall project design.Provide on-site supervision during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of ventilation systems.Identify and resolve technical issues related to tunnel ventilation during both the design and construction phases.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to present design concepts and project updates.Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.Ensure adhere to relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
