and possess excellent sales, customer service, and relationship management skills. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and promoting travel services to corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE travel and tourism market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual travelers.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Travel & Tourism Services:
Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Address client concerns and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Follow up with clients post-travel to maintain long-term relationships.
Marketing & Promotional Activities:
Participate in travel exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to promote services.
Collaborate with the marketing team for social media promotions and advertising campaigns.
Develop and maintain a strong professional network in the UAE travel industry.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, visas/and airline/hotel bookings.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales within the travel sector.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
