: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Operations Staff member with strong knowledge of UAE destination to join our team. This role is pivotal for coordinating travel logistics, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert & prompt advice on travel destinations, packages, and itineraries.
• Ensure all travel documents and arrangements comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor and manage travel schedules, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate client needs.
• Liaise with travel suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and industry trends.
• Process bookings, payments, and refunds efficiently.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of travel operations procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations, travel agency, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE destination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Travel Operations in UAE destinations: 2 years (Required)
