DescriptionHead office 10 Minutes drive from Dubai MarinaYou will have the planning skills, technical awareness and insights of the UAE Main Contracting sector. You will be able to provide critical input to all aspects of the tender / design / bid & program.You will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a healthy pipeline of work. More and more opportunities are being negotiated with developers & clients at single source due to the key relationships and collaborative approach that this main contractor brings.Tier 1 with Over 50 Years successful trading across the Emirates. They can provide clients a full turnkey solution from Piling to Internal Fit Out & MEP.Client
- Often approached as Joint Venture Partner of choice
- Business has a Track record on Building Projects worth 400 Million to 3.9 Billion AED
- Delivered projects in every emirate across the UAE
- Treat the supply chain well with ethics
- Strong financial position
- Sounds Technical & Engineering background
- Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner
- Build a strong working relationship with a Senior Project Manager & Regional Planning Manager
- Do you have a track record within Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors in the UAE ?
- P6 / Primavera software experience
- Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Clients & site teams ?
