Identify the technical, commercial and contractual requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.\xc2\xb7 Carry out necessary tasks in Tender Workflow (TWF) system. Initiate creation of MS Teams for the tenders. All documents related to the tender to be saved in the relevant MS Teams.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and conduct Tender Launch meetings- Gate 1.\xc2\xb7 Identify and prepare the risk-chance analysis.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors for proper quotations.\xc2\xb7 Monitor fluctuating material prices and update the Team.\xc2\xb7 Review the design inputs and carry out/ check quantity calculations.\xc2\xb7 Carry out pre-tender site-visit/ meetings and prepare reports on the same.\xc2\xb7 Prepare program of works in coordination with planning engineer.\xc2\xb7 Prepare cost estimation in Bclear and get it reviewed with Tender Manager.\xc2\xb7 Prepare tender submittals in coordination with Tender Manager and other relevant departments.\xc2\xb7 To ensure that HSE requirements for the projects are included in the tenders submitted.\xc2\xb7 For sub-contract enquiries, prepare offer letter including BOQ.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Senior management and finalize the tender, including the risk-chance analysis sheet, final offer and clarifications - Gate 2\xc2\xb7 Submit the tender before the stipulated time and complete the tasks in TWF system.\xc2\xb7 Follow-up with the Client/ Main Contractors.\xc2\xb7 Prepare post tender correspondences in coordination with Tender Manager and Senior Management.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Tender Secretary for any pre-qualification or NDA submission, if any.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and conduct hand-over meeting, when a project is awarded - Gate 3. Hand-over workflow to project team\xc2\xb7 Prepare and issue working budget for the project.\xc2\xb7 Project support for project team, whenever variations or claims arises..
