Reporting to: Senior Analytical ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEThis role is part of the Taste business unit covering India Middle East region.Key responsibilities:

• Analysis of Flavours, food ingredients using HPLC, LCMS/MS and GCMS to comply with ISO 17025 standards
• Method development, validation of analytical methods by HPLC, LCMS/MS etc. to comply with national and international standards such as ICH, FDA guidelines
• Extractions of flavours molecules from food matrix, spice blends, market samples, flavour blends etc,
• Stability study of flavour and food samples by HPLC, GCMS etc.
• Preparation of standard operating procedure for operation, calibration of instrument, writing analytical methods and other procedures
• Maintenance of analytical standards, columns, spares, AMC, inventory of laboratory reagents and glassware etc.

We value:

• Bachelor\'s degree in analytical chemistry, food science
• 4-8 years\' experience as Analytical Technician in the Flavours or Pharmaceutical/food industry
• Experienced with SAP and multiple software programs used to manage experiments, data, report design and instrumental data collection
• Excellent knowledge on ISO 22000, ISO 17025, ASTM, ASTA, AOAC, Pharmacopeia, USFDA standards
• Experience in instrument validation IQ, OQ and PO to comply with international standards
• Hands on experience in analytical equipment such as molecular spectrometers, electroanalytical instruments, wet analysis etc.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting data
• Fluent in English
