JOB PURPOSE: To support the presales for Digital BusinessSUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Presales Specialist with a strong background in digital solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in software pre-sales, with a focus on digital technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer pitches, proposals, vendor relationships, and product demonstrations to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction regionally across GCC. The role will involve travel to customer locations.RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored digital solutions that address business challenges.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
Solution Development:
Design comprehensive digital solutions leveraging our product offerings and technology capabilities.
Create compelling presentations, whitepapers, and case studies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Proposal Management:
Lead the preparation and customization of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution capabilities.
Manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
Vendor Management:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements and maximize profitability
Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with market demands and vendor certifications.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the features and functionality of our digital solutions.
Customize demos to address specific use cases and requirements identified during the sales process.
Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve demo scripts and presentation materials.
MANDATORY
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience in software pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture, with a focus on digital solutions.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including Process Automation / Low Code, Application Modernization, AI/ML, and software engineering
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
