Job Description
We are currently working with a top-tier fit out contractor who are looking a highly experienced Senior Technical Manager to join their expanding design and technical team in Dubai.Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum xc2xb115 years of experience, balancing technical and managerial expertise.
- Years of experience may vary depending on the complexity and scale of projects managed.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in coordinating with project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
- Review and oversee the development of detailed shop drawings.
- Ensure alignment with project design intent, technical requirements, and construction specifications.
- Manage material submissions.
- Verify materials meet luxury standards, project specifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate timely approvals for materials.
