News and information are available at or follow us on LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, developers, and data scientists.- Oversee the technical aspects of projects related to BIM, GIS, smart cities, and digital twin technologies.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.- Project Planning and Execution:- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, city planners, and private sector partners.- Ensure successful project delivery from conceptual design through deployment and maintenance.- Technical Oversight:- Provide technical leadership in the design and integration of BIM, GIS, and digital twin solutions into smart city projects.- Ensure the adoption of best practices in data management, software development, and system integration.- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.- Strategy and Innovation:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance smart city initiatives using BIM, GIS, and digital twin technologies.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.- Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and technological advancements.- Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as the primary technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders.- Present technical concepts and project updates to senior management, clients, and partners.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.Qualifications:- Education:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Science, or a related field (Masters or Ph.D. preferred).Experience:- Minimum of 15 years of experience in smart cities, BIM, GIS, digital twins, or related fields.- Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects and managing technical teams in Abu Dhabi.Skills:- Expertise in BIM, GIS, smart city technologies, and digital twin platforms.- Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.- Proficiency in relevant software and programming languages (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, Python).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Requirements:- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, GISP) preferred.- Experience with public sector projects and regulatory environments is a plus.- Willingness to travel as needed.Rewards & BenefitsWe offer an excellent package which includes:
