We pride ourselves on providing a personalized, client-centric approach that ensures we meet the unique needs and budgets of each individual we work with.We are looking to expand our leadership team and are currently hiring a Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.

- Familiarity with insurance policies related to real estate is an advantage.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

- Ability to contribute to continuous professional development through training and self-improvement.

- Multilingual candidates (especially English, Hindi, Arabic) will be given preference.
