Manage the teams calendar, interacting with internal and external clients, consultants and assistants to coordinate meetings. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing emails. Response incoming calls and direct to appropriate party promptly and efficiently Assist the team with the preparation of presentation materials for Project purposes. Report progress on key project milestones Take a professional, hands on; proactive, flexible and diligent approach to supporting timely resolution of clients issues and opportunities where appropriate. Handle unit/function routine correspondence Ensure meetings are scheduled efficiently and times are allocated effectively. Screen incoming emails and distribute them to relevant team members for action or follow up. Review and summarize various projects report occasionally. Prepare meeting notes and distribute on a timely basis to all relevant clients/stakeholders. Support the business unit in ad hoc projects to contribute to their smooth and timely execution. Work closely with the team to coordinate and launch projects or email campaigns. Act as the focal point to coordinate performance management scheduling, and follow up for the team
