Job Description



The primary focus will be on optimising individual and team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning performance goals with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Performance Management Program Design: Lead the design and implementation of performance management programs, policies, and processes. Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure performance management aligns with organizational goals and values.

Employee Goal Setting and Alignment: Work closely with department heads and team leaders to establish clear, measurable, and achievable performance goals for individuals and teams. Ensure alignment between individual objectives and overall organizational strategy.

Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and constructive. Provide guidance to managers on delivering effective performance feedback and coaching.

Employee Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development to identify training and development opportunities based on performance evaluations. Facilitate the creation of individual development plans to support career growth and skill enhancement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise performance data and analytics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports for HR and leadership, providing insights into overall organizational performance.

Employee Recognition and Rewards: Contribute to the development and implementation of employee recognition and rewards programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in talent performance management, preferably in a senior specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of performance management principles, best practices, and current trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficient in using HR software and performance management tools.

Education sector experience in the UAE.
