Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
Developing recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Leading the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost-effective manner.
Supporting the Head of HR ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and reports.
Preparing monthly and quarterly Recruitment Reports.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Open to Candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 4 years of experience in recruitment within the Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry.
Must have people management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
