Lead recruitment efforts for Corporate Banking roles, with a primary focus on international talent acquisition.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Corporate Banking and international hiring.
Proven track record of successfully hiring senior banking professionals from global markets.
Strong understanding of the corporate banking sector and international talent landscapes.
