- Master\'s Degree or Equivalent Level
- Western background candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience across the Real Estate sector
- Previous experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework
- In-depth experience across mass hiring
- Ability to engage with key business stakeholders across the business
- Adaptive Mindset
- Strong financial acumen
