Committed to excellence and growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join their Abu Dhabi based team. As Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support the growth and success of their diverse investment portfolio. This position requires recruitment experience within the world of investing, either within a well-known agency or inhouse in a fund/ investment bank. What the job involves
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with broader investment objectives
Utilise various platforms to identify and attract high-calibre candidates within the Middle East and global talent pool
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs specific to investment goals
Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional and international recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent sources
Conduct thorough interviews in order to assess cultural fit, technical expertise and long-term aspirations
Who we are looking for
Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Management / Humanities / or equivalent
CIPD or other relevant HR qualification (highly desirable)
Relevant experience in international expat recruitment
Skilled in the use of recruitment CRM software
Is familiar with the business terminology used in investment management
Is familiar with the main industry players and has a high level understanding of their AUM, key players and organisational set up as relevant in a recruitment context
Is well versed in the use of the various sourcing channels
Has a solid understanding of the legal context as pertaining to UAE labour law, employment contracts, recruitment agreements
