Please read below requirements carefully.Job Title: Senior Systems EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAEBusiness/Department: EngineeringReporting To: Lead Control and Instrument EngineerJob Purpose: To support the Lead Systems Engineer in performing assigned Instrument and Control System Upgrades, Modifications, and Enhancements as part of engineering projects.Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Job Related Competencies:Educational Qualifications:Relevant Engineering degree.Experience Profile:Strong experience of varied systems design, maintenance, and commissioning experience in the oil and gas industry.Extensive experience in programming and configuring modern control systems including SIS, DCS, PLC, SCADA, and cybersecurity.Competencies/Skills/Others:Demonstrated subject knowledge and competence.Detailed understanding of Control Systems.Programming skills in DCS, PLC, and HMI.Proficiency in various hardware and software systems.Familiarity with SIL Evaluation and Verification.Proficient in Windows-based programs.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Effective teamwork in a multicultural environment.\xe2\x80\x8bKey Result Areas (Key Accountabilities):Conduct preventive maintenance for control systems.Provide emergency support on a 24-hour basis.Maintain control systems effectively to ensure equipment operation.Assist the engineering team in ongoing projects, including support for control system software development, FAT, SAT, and system commissioning.Perform maintenance activities on DCS, ESD, PLC, and SCADA systems to ensure continuous production operation.Travel to offshore and onshore facilities for design surveys and system modifications.Interpret vendor documentation for design deliverables.Adhere to all company procedures and standards.Participate in troubleshooting control systems-related tasks.Contribute to design technical review meetings and project implementation activities and Ensure all work is executed safely and in compliance with relevant standards.Evaluate and address system obsolescence regularly.Configure and modify control systems as part of projects or change management.Develop control systems for ongoing projects, including design, integration, configuration, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover.Investigate and resolve operational problems with minimal disruption to production.Review and approve change management for existing asset modifications.Implement cybersecurity requirements regularly to ensure system availability.\xe2\x80\x8bTo apply please send full CV\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bOur role in supporting diversity and inclusion
