Senior System Engineer
Job Description
Requirements for role :
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, information technology, software development or software engineering.
• Strongly encouraged:
• Relevant certifications: VMware Certified Professional, MCSE, MCSA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate
• Strong knowledge of Operating systems Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity in managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
Experience:
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, Support or a similar role
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of IT systems management, security principles,
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially when it comes to solving complex network issues.
• Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a nice to have
• Experience with patch management (servers and end points) is a must
• Experience with Manage Engine Desktop central is preferred
• Own Visa
• Extendable Contract
