Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provide specialist support to business end-users for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors. Lead the design, documentation, and execution of process improvements and enhancements for SAP business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align HCM process strategies with corporate goals.

Implement and support SAP solutions to enhance IT cost efficiency and service quality.

Analyze and document SAP business process requirements and develop functional and technical specifications.

Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend process and system improvements.

Ensure integration of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with other modules like Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.

Conduct workshops with business users to optimize SAP usage and identify training needs.

Lead project management using ASAP methodology, ensuring risks are managed and goals are met.

Support implementation of new business functions and address complex business challenges.

Maintain alignment with ISO 27001 governance frameworks and IT policies.

Plan and conduct SAP HCM/SuccessFactors training sessions.

Oversee data migration using appropriate tools to configure new business processes.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

SAP Certification in HCM, Payroll, and/or SuccessFactors is preferred.

Minimum Experience:

10+ years of professional experience, including:

At least 5 years of hands-on SAP implementation/support with two full lifecycle implementations as a Senior Functional Consultant for SAP HCM.

5+ years in a Human Resources function, with exposure to supply chain and logistics.

Technical Competencies:

Expertise in SAP HCM modules like Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and SuccessFactors.

Strong knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors and external systems, including Business Intelligence and Reporting.

Experience in SAP project management methodologies (ASAP, Solution Manager).

Proven ability to manage IT projects within budget and timelines.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
