To assist operational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time.\xc2\xa7 To effectively undertake the general task assigned.\xc2\xa7 Maintain good relationship with the clients.\xc2\xa7 To strictly follow the instruction by the superior.\xc2\xa7 Ensure safety of private/public property, during operations.\xc2\xa7 To report any matter of concern, to immediate superior.\xc2\xa7 To wear all work related PPEs, while on duty.\xc2\xa7 Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, when deployed on it.\xc2\xa7 Assist the driver, while deployment on vehicles.\xc2\xa7 To keep up the reputation of the Company, always.\xc2\xa7 Conduct Site surveys and inspections.\xc2\xa7 Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities.\xc2\xa7 Manpower planning.\xc2\xa7 Resource quantification.\xc2\xa7 Projects planning.\xc2\xa7 Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaad contracts\xc2\xa7 Perform clerical duties to meet requirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures\xc2\xa7 Assist in production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers.\xc2\xa7 Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the Facilities managed by Imdaad.\xc2\xa7 Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policiesQualificationsEducation/Qualifications\xc2\xa7 3 year Diploma in the relevant trade OR 2 year relevant trade certification (ITI).\xc2\xa7 Must have good computer literacy with MS office.\xc2\xa7 Excellent telephone etiquettes.\xc2\xa7 Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.\xc2\xa7 Ability to work under pressure.Experience\xc2\xa7 3 year diploma - 5 years of experience in the relevant trade.\xc2\xa7 2 year trade certification (ITI) \xe2\x80\x93 8-10 years of experience. Preferably having experience in Refrigeration, Air conditioning, Mechanical / Electrical Services installation.
