Senior Supervisor, HR Partner
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in the Human Resource discipline. Implements and executes human resources strategies. Partners with assigned client groups to ensure a complete
understanding of business needs and objectives and proactively resolves HR and business issues and provides
solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle. Responsible for and/or serves as an HR
liaison for all HR aspects, such as: talent management, labor relations, employment, employee engagement,
change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits,
diversity, equity and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning for the Dubai MRO organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnering with leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support the business goals and drive results
Effectively executing Human Resources processes including performance management, salary planning, staffing and retention, employee relations & development
Manages employee resource utilization across assigned HR activities and client groups
Assists with investigations related to human resource compliance issues, prepares documentation, and makes appropriate recommendations based on investigation findings
Provides timely, high quality and impactful employee communications to educate, motivate and engage employees
Assesses a range of issues and employs critical thinking skills to focus on and deploy creative and fiscally responsible solutions to manage costs
Initiates and champions continuous improvement/lean initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management
Addressing HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees
Coaching managers and employees on performance improvement and workplace issues
Participating in succession planning processes and programs focused on current and future organizational needs
Supporting diversity, recruiting and retention strategy efforts and programs, as needed
Ad hoc duties as assigned
