Examines vehicles for damage and drives vehicle to detect malfunctions. Company procedure/reports ,Tests vehicle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices ,Company procedure/reports. Prepares report on each vehicle for follow-up action Applies inspection sticker to vehicles that pass inspection, and rejection sticker to vehicles that fail Prepares and keeps record of vehicles delivered Check preventive maintenance programs, drivers hours of labor records and facilities of fleet operators ,investigate complaints,/accidents, and keep records and submit reports of inspections and investigations. Complies with all safety, housekeeping and environmental policies and procedures Ensures all issued tools, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE) are accounted for, maintained and secured Ensures all residual serviceable repair parts are returned to the Workshop Store Ensures all unserviceable repairable (direct exchange) repair parts are cleaned, drained, and returned to the Workshop Store Prepare a PPM Schedule and coordinate with team for adherence to schedule Performs other duties directed by the Supervisor/Forman Qualifications - External Education/Qualifications \xc2\xa7 Diploma in automobile or similar certification. Bachelor of Engineering is preferred. Skills/ Competencies/ Experience \xc2\xa7 Manpower management skills \xc2\xa7 Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience in a mid to a large size organization. \xc2\xa7 Ability to work under pressure. \xc2\xa7 Should have technical knowledge of trouble shooting and vehicle inspection. \xc2\xa7 A valid UAE Driving license is mandatory. \xc2\xa7 Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy vehicle repairs/ maintenance/ inspection. \xc2\xa7 Should possess the ability and skill to get the job done in stipulated time. \xc2\xa7 Should be able to handle the Tasks and act according to the need of the hour. \xc2\xa7 Should be skilled enough to trouble-shoot and diagnose the faults and rectify them in time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,750.00 per month Application Deadline: 14/05/2024
