The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of chemical cleaning projects. This role involves leading and motivating a team of cleaning personnel, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, and maintaining a positive working environment. Responsibilities: .Lead and supervise a team of industrial maintenance technicians. .Develop and implement work schedules and task assignments. .Ensure proper use and maintenance of chemical cleaning equipment. .Conduct pre-job briefings, outlining safety procedures, task expectations, and work area hazards. .Monitor and inspect the quality of cleaning work, ensuring compliance with client specifications. .Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including chemical usage logs and safety reports. .Identify and address any safety concerns or potential hazards in the work environment. .Conduct safety training for the cleaning team on proper chemical handling procedures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use. .Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning team members. .Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, reordering as needed. .Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements. .Identify and resolve any cleaning-related issues efficiently. .Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with clients and team members. .Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and HSE regulations. .Report any accidents, injuries, or near misses to the appropriate management. Additional Responsibilities (may vary depending on the company): .Train new cleaning personnel on chemical cleaning procedures and equipment operation. .Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on cleaning equipment. .Prepare and submit bids or proposals for chemical cleaning projects (if applicable). .Maintain a clean and organized work area. .Attend safety meetings and training programs. Experience: .Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the petrochemical industry, preferably with a focus on chemical cleaning, hydro-jetting, mechanical works. .Experience working with and managing a team of industrial service provider personnel. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: .Strong understanding of chemical cleaning principles, methods, and safety procedures. .Proficiency in operating various chemical cleaning equipment. .Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. .Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. .Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. .Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. .Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and safety data sheets (SDS). .Excellent written and verbal communication skills. .Valid driver's license (may be required).
